...as American’s, we tend to accumulate WAY TOO much stuff. That’s putting it mildly and without appropriate profanity. If you live in Jackson Hole or other vacation epicenters, the amount of recreational equipment “required” to be stored and accessed seasonally, is even more cumbersome.

Most of us develop closets, storage units, and under-the-bed black holes, that are atrocious. Let’s not even talk about the garage. How much useful work or additional storage space in your garage is consumed by “things” being parked on the floor – or workbenches!

The good news is, there is a better way. And while we can’t offer counseling for “hoarders,” we can offer real, no-non-sense solutions for finding ways to better utilize space within your home. Maybe it means having an architecturally-pleasing shed as an outgrowth of your current home’s footprint. However, most homes have plenty of underutilized space – all over the place. Look at your garage – how high is the ceiling, and how high are you storing things? If you could use a ladder two times a year, to access stored boxes that were up high, above the vehicles, would you do it if it meant you could double or quadruple your storage capacity?
